While there are different solutions depending on the diagnosis of sleep apnea, dental appliances are one of the effective options that have improved patients’ quality of sleep and their lives. Dental appliances help open the airway by pushing the jaw in a position that would reduce the obstruction in the airway. This method of treatment may be effective for patients with mild obstructive sleep apnea.
